IMPORTANT: For proper data sync, the MedM app must be open on your device while taking a measurement. Both apps are part of the MedM ecosystem and can share account information and health data for your convenience.

Launch the app, tap the “Menu” icon, and select “My Health Record” from the options.

Create a new account, enter your personal details, and save the information.

Step 4. Power On the Monitor

Press the “MEM” button on your VeriSmart Health Blood Pressure Monitor to turn it on, then go to the “Device” section in the app.

Tap the “+” button in the app to scan for nearby devices, including your blood pressure monitor.

Choose “Add to My Device” to link the monitor to your app.

After a successful connection, press “OK” to finalize the setup. Then, take a blood pressure reading using the monitor. The results automatically transfer to the MedM app once the measurement is done.
